Dark Roast

Our Sumatra Mandheling is our favorite dark roast for a reason. This coffee comes from the North Sumatra province in Indonesia where it is first wet hulled and than patio dried. This processing method is unique to Indonesia due to unpredictable rains during the drying season and is one of the things that gives it its distinct flavor.
